It contains list of artifacts/deliverable, templates, job aids/instructions, measuring criteria and on-line support for different phases of Software Development Life Cycle (e.g., Project Management (PM), Requirements Management (RM), Requirements Engineering (RE), Project Monitoring & Control (PMC), etc.)
